Pure 10 Nx is a Receiver In the Canal (RIC) hearing aid with a size 10 battery and it's main attribute is its small size. The size 10 battery provides for a slimmer case. The downside is that a size 10 battery lasts approximately 40% less than a size 312 battery. Using the myHearing app with the Signia Siemens Pure 10 Nx you can control the Nx features. There is no need to worry about moisture, sweat, dust or dirt because the Signia Siemens Pure 10 Nx is IP 68 rated allowing it to be immersed in 3 feet of water indefinitely. The Pure 10 Nx is not rechargeable, but the Pure Charge and Go Nx and the Styletto Nx are rechargeable.
Nx Technology is the next step forward from Primax. Signia Siemens Nx technology provides improved speech understanding in noise. Nx has a new processor that is 60% faster and 40% smaller while processing 500 million instructions per second. This means that sound is clear and more accurate. The 3-D Classifier analyzes your environment and tailors the hearing aid's response to the wearer's needs. It also includes extended dynamic range and extended bandwidth so that music sounds natural. Because of its size it does not include several of the Nx features. Pure 10 Nx does not include Own Voice Processing (OVP), Echo Shield, eWindScreen, Ultra HD e2e wireless connectivity, narrow directionality, Spatial SpeechFocus and TwinPhone. It also does not include Bluetooth capabilities or audio streaming and it is not rechargeable. The Pure 10 Nx gives up many features for its small size.
TeleCare allows the user to be anywhere and we can make real time adjustments and changes to the Pure Nx 10. No more requirement for office visits. TeleCare now includes video for an additional level of assistance. Signia TeleCare has simplified remote patient hearing care. TeleCare provides for a quicker response and for greater flexibility, TeleCare is another advantage of Signia Siemens Nx technology.
Warranty Signia Siemens Pure 10 Nx includes a 3 year warranty with 7 Nx, 5 Nx and 3 Nx. Warranties include loss and damage coverage. Plus, we support you for the life of the hearing aids. Pure 10 Nx prices and feature levels are listed below.

Nx is the world's most advanced hearing aid platform. Nx technology utilizes a new processing chip. The new chip is 40% smaller than the industry standard and includes 75 million transistors, this is 3 1/2 times more than the Primax platform. The chip processes at 500 million instructions per second which is 60% faster than Primax. This new chip allows for greater dynamic range and a larger frequency range in normal processing. With the App the user can control volume, change programs and more.
